Deposit Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. This is because your deposit represents a commitment to purchasing a portion of our herd, and it is used to plan the purchase and care of your cow. However, deposits can be transferred to another person. If you need a deposit refund, we kindly ask that you find someone to take your place to avoid leaving us with extra beef.

Return Policy

Once you receive your order, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee of the final invoice. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange for a different product.

To be eligible for a return:

        The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

        The item must be in its original packaging.

        You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at blaine@wagnerfrontierranch.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your package. If you picked up your order, we can arrange a meetup to receive the returned items. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

        The item is defective.

        The item is damaged.

        You received the wrong item.

        The item is thawed.

This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following:

        Sale items.

        Gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from taking delivery of your order, we recommend finding a friend or family member to take over your order. We can easily ship to a different address and transfer ownership of the deposit. Please contact us for assistance in such cases.
